Creamy Green Olive Dip

What dip can I make using cream cheese? Creamy Green Olive Dip is the easiest one. Ready in just 5 minutes, it’s a smooth, tangy spread made with cream cheese, garlic, mayo, and briny green olives.
If you love olives, you have to try this creamy olive dip. Simple to make, it pairs perfectly with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies, making it a crowd-pleasing appetizer or snack.
Yield: Serves 8
- 260 g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup green olives (with pimentos)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove
- black pepper, to taste
- 1-2 teaspoons olive brine (from the jar), optional
Add cream cheese and mayonnaise to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the green olives, garlic, and black pepper, pulsing until the olives are evenly mixed but still slightly textured.
Add 1 teaspoon of olive brine and blend. Continue adding brine, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
