Yield: Serves 4
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- salt and black pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the grape tomatoes and cook for 3–4 minutes, until softened and slightly juicy. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, season the Greek yogurt with salt and black pepper. Mix well and spread it on a serving plate.
Spoon the warm garlic and tomato mixture over the yogurt. Top with fresh mint and chopped walnuts.
Serve immediately with warm bread, pita, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
