Salted Almonds

Roasted salted almonds are super easy snack to make at home with raw almonds, lemon juice and salt. A perfect simple snack for parties!

Yield: 400 g Salted Almonds
- 400 g raw almonds
- 6 tablespoons salt
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups water
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add lemon juice and salt, and stir until dissolved. Remove from the heat.
Add the almonds into the salted water and let soak for about 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain the water from the almonds. Spread in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the almonds with some extra salt.
Roast for 20-25 minutes or until they are nicely browned, stirring at the halfway point. Watch carefully as they can burn quickly.
