Spicy Roasted Almonds
Raw almonds are coated with spices and roasted until crunchy! Spicy Roasted Almonds recipe is a quick and healthy low-carb snack that is very tasty and will keep you fueled between meals.
This recipe also works great with peanuts, pecans and all kinds of nuts and you can adjust the seasonings to your taste.

Yield: Serves 8
- 4 cups raw almonds
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium sized bowl, combine all the spices. Add the olive oil and mix well.
Add the almonds to the mixture and toss until they are coated.
Spread the almonds in single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Place on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes. Stir half way through the baking time.
Remove from oven, spread nuts to a single layer and cool completely.
