These Mediterranean-flavored snacks are light, flavorful, and rich in cheesy flavor.
Perfect as an appetizer, party snack, or healthier alternative to chips, spinach and feta crisps are ideal for entertaining, meal prep, or satisfying savory cravings with simple ingredients.
Yield: Serves 4
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.

Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking tray. Gently flatten the tops and loosely shape each portion into a circle.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes to allow the crisps to firm up.
