Tilapia Pesto

This Tilapia Pesto recipe is one of the fastest and easiest dishes you can make - ready in under 20 minutes with only three ingredients. It’s a light and flavorful dish that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or even a special occasion.
Tilapia Pesto pairs wonderfully with roasted vegetables like Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms, or a bed of fluffy couscous or quinoa.
To prepare: simply mix pesto with sour cream, spread it over the tilapia fillets, and bake for 10 minutes.
Yield: Serves 2
- 2 tilapia fillets, about 400 g
- 1/3 cup basil pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- cooking spray
- salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Season both sides of the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the dish.
In a small bowl, mix the pesto and sour cream. Spread the mixture evenly over the fillets.

Bake on the middle rack for 10–12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
