Blue Ocean Cocktail is a refreshing cocktail made with blue curacao, vodka, maple syrup and lemon juice. This cocktail is very easy to make and is perfect for hot summer days!

Blue Ocean Cocktail
Yield: Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce blue curacao
- 1 ounce vodka
- 4 ounces sparkling lemon-flavored water
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 lemon (or orange) wheel for garnish
- ice
Instructions:
Add the blue curaçao, vodka, sparkling water, lemon juice and maple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a martini glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a orange wheel. Enjoy!
