Halloween Marshmallow Monsters
Yield: Makes 30
Ingredients:
- 30 large marshmallows
- 1 cup dark chocolate chip
- 1-2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- edible candy eyes
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Place the marshmallows upright on the parchment paper, leaving some space between each one.
Place chocolate chips and 1-2 teaspoons oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Spoon or pour a little melted chocolate over the top of each marshmallow, letting it drip down the sides but not covering it completely. While the chocolate is still soft, gently press two edible candy eyes onto each.
Transfer the tray to the fridge for about 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
