Garlic Sauce
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:

Mash garlic into a paste (adding salt makes it easier to mash). Then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust seasonings. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
