Christmas Cheese Trees
Yield: Makes 8 Cheese Trees
Ingredients:
- 8 Laughing Cow cheese wedges
- 4 pretzel sticks, cut in half
- 1/4 cup dried or fresh herbs (like mint, basil, oregano and tarragon)
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Unwrap the laughing cow cheese wedges and place on a serving platter.
Insert pretzel stick half into center of bottom of each cheese wedge to form tree trunk.
Mix the seasonings and herbs. Sprinkle the tops of each cheese wedge with herbs mixture. Serve immediately.
